Jason has the distinction of serving as a board member, shareholder and executive at multiple companies, giving him unique insights into how to scale and operate highly successful private and public companies globally. Career highlights include serving as Neto’s first investor, Advisory Board Member, COO and CFO, scaling it from 3 to 150 employees and generating more than $6.5 billion in retail transactions before its sale to Marapost North America. He also serves on the board of US-based Reshop Inc.
Passionate about giving back, he serves on several not-for-profit boards and charitable foundations to expand access to quality healthcare, and to develop education at schools and universities. Jason is also known for his commitment to mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, and dedicates time to encouraging athletes of all ages and levels through his role as a board member of the Australian Sports Foundation.
Outside of work, Jason is a husband, father, adventurer, cattle farm owner, avid cyclist and participates in other high-energy sports.
