Linda Bergskås

Linda Bergskas is a Norwegian-born fashion entrepreneur and founder of Visionise, a fashion design and manufacturing company based in Newcastle, Australia. She moved to Australia in 2001 to complete her degree in graphic design at the University of Newcastle.

In 2005, Linda launched her own fashion brand, Guanabana Designs, opening a boutique on Darby Street in Newcastle. The brand gained significant traction, leading her to establish a manufacturing factory in Bali. Guanabana Designs expanded its reach, being stocked in over 200 stores both nationally and internationally, and featured in Australian Fashion Week, Fashion TV, and magazines like Vogue and Elle. After nine years of operating between Bali and Australia, Linda sold her brand to focus on her growing family.

Recognizing the challenges faced by emerging designers, Linda founded Visionise to provide mentorship and support to startups and small to medium-sized enterprises in the fashion industry. Visionise offers services such as design consultation, production management, and guidance on ethical and sustainable manufacturing practices. Linda's mission is to provide small brands with the same opportunities as large brands, with a focus on ethical production and sustainability.

Through Visionise, Linda has assisted over 200 clothing brands in launching and growing their businesses, emphasizing the importance of sustainability and responsible business practices in the fashion industry.
